May 9, 2006: My new CD, "Yearning for the Sun." is finally completed and available for sale! Surprising how good it feels to have it in my hands. My friend Ramon Lazo produced most of it along with additional engineering and production by Bruce Kaphan and myself. Check it out!

Sept 3, 2004: The house concerts went very well, and I've gotten great feedback from people who attended. Some of that feedback came over the airwaves when Johnny Bazzano played "Leviathan Dreaming" this last Monday on his radio program (KRCB 90.9 FM - Rohnert Park). I was driving around Santa Rosa with my brother and his family when we heard it. It was great to hear my music on the air. It is very rewarding to present music in such a relaxed and intimate environment as a house concert. I plan on doing many more, in Sonoma county as well as the rest of the bay area. August 4, 2004: After a long period of honing my guitar, vocal, and writing skills I'm pleased to announce my first solo acoustic performances as a songwriter. Two House Concerts in the end of August will be held in Sonoma and Sebastopol and will feature my original songs mixed with a number of covers that I enjoy singing. I am also in the process of recording the material for my debut CD which I hope to finish by Fall. This CD will reflect the intimate, acoustic sound of the house concerts.

July 29, 2003: Tomorrow I am going into the studio to record four songs with John Burdick for his upcoming CD entitled "Free Street." John is a wonderful writer and performer with a voice and presence that resonates from deep within. His guitar playing supports his ardent song writing with passion and intensity. I am very exited about this project, and look forward to playing live with John in the near future. The CD release party is coming soon!

March, 2003: My friend Bernie Krause and I went to Georgia and Florida to record in the swamps.
